The Trust's first instinct was to be able to get to the data in one place so that individual managers and clinical leads could analyse it in any way they wanted. It therefore decided to implement a MedeAnalytics solution that allowed the Trust to make decisions based on evidence rather than subjective information, increase efficiencies and ensure high-quality patient care was maintained – this was deployed in 2006.
