2e2 Partners with MedeAnalytics to Deliver Healthcare Performance Management Solutions

Partnership supports 2e2's recent framework agreement award for IT Managed Services

Newbury, 21 September 2010 - 2e2, a leading provider of mission-critical IT services, today announced its partnership with MedeAnalytics, a leading provider of healthcare performance management solutions in the UK, to deliver a web-based, managed analytics platform to the healthcare market. The partnership supports 2e2's recent framework agreement award for IT Managed Services by Buying Solutions, the national procurement partner for UK public services which is part of the Efficiency and Reform Group within the Cabinet Office. The Model Contract, in place for two years (with the option of two further one-year extensions), began in August 2010 and will see 2e2 deliver a range of cost-effective IT managed services to the public sector.

MedeAnalytics delivers hosted healthcare performance analytics through the use of business intelligence to improve financial, operational and clinical performance. It already enables over 800 healthcare organisations to measure key metrics necessary to successfully manage their business. MedeAnalytics' solutions are delivered using a Software-as-a-Service model, which will be hosted within 2e2's dedicated data centres, and will help analyse disparate clinical, operational and financial data. The fully integrated solution transforms the culture within healthcare organisations into one of transparency and accountability. This allows decisions to be based on actual and current data, delivering a quick and sustainable return on investment (ROI).
