Partners HealthCare Extends Multi-Year
Contract with Mede

Flexible, Web-based BI Platform and Customized Analytics Continue to Drive Financial Improvement

Emeryville, CA, August 21, 2007 — Emeryville-based Mede (Mede), has signed a new three year contract with Partners HealthCare of Boston, one of the country’s premier medical institutions, to provide performance-enhancing business analytics. In addition to continued utilization of Mede’s Revenue Cycle™ Analytics application, the health system has contracted for the development of several customized analytics applications targeted to help measure and monitor cash performance, underpayments, bad debt reserves and charge capture.
