Client Support Consultant

Role Profile:
The Client Support Consultant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities associated with delivering MedeAnalytics's hosted business analytics services to our clients. The Client Support Consultant will provide support for the successful execution of all client services including specification gathering and writing, implementation, training, enhancements, and ongoing service support. The role will support the Account Executive and involve liaison with clients and with our software engineers. The candidate must be a highly organised, energetic person who can think strategically, translate business objectives into specifications and project plans, and execute the plans with precision.
This position will report to the Managing Director in the UK and work from our London offices in Wigmore Street. They will play a key role in a rapidly evolving customer based services organisation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and execute the MedeAnalytics solution deployment to assigned client(s), including solution definition and development specification, testing and implementation of ongoing service enhancements to assigned clients.
- Understand client wants/needs and work with MedeAnalytics engineering team to recommend, design, and deliver product enhancements and solutions. Manage all customer product Service Requests.
- Build and manage relationships at all levels within client organisations. Establish trust and rapport with senior leadership, operational managers and application end-users.
- Work with MedeAnalytics's engineering team to translate business rules and disparate data into deliverable product enhancements and solutions.
- Identify and track all issues and risks associated with the delivery of client services resolving these where possible or escalating them to the Account Executive.
- Perform business analytics on the customer's data, using the MedeAnalytics application, to help identify areas for the customer's highest need for focus and/or opportunity for return on investment.
- Monitor customer utilization and develop in conjunction with the Account Executive, strategies to increase usage and adoption of the application within the account.
- Manage and deliver end user training on site or via virtual web based sessions
- Understand and monitor the quality and integrity of customer's source system data.
- Perform analysis and suggest enhancements to the data being extracted from source systems.
- Carry out any other duties as directed by the Head of Client Delivery
Essential Skills, Experience and Education:
- Project management experience within health information related projects.
- NHS / private Healthcare industry operations knowledge within the UK and healthcare related data knowledge are essential.
- Functional design and data analysis skills.
- Experience with drafting tender responses
- Excellent customer relationship and interface skills: tact, diplomacy, presentation, conflict management
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem solving and organisational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including the development of customer reports, proposals, presentations and training/communications materials
- Consistently deliver on commitments
- Be a self starter that can work independently and function as part of a small team
Special Requirements:
- University Degree preferably in an information related area or numerate discipline
- Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Availability for UK wide travel to client sites as required
- Have an awareness and comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
Salary Range:
The salary package will be comensurate with experience and in line with industry standards.
