Mike Gallagher has over 30 years experience in healthcare executive leadership, with demonstrated success in management, operations, strategic planning, financial controls, acquisitions and divestitures. Mike assumed the role of the company's chief executive officer in 2007 after serving on the MedeAnalytics board of directors since 2004. Mike served as vice chairman from 2006-2009, and he added the chairman role in April 2009.

Prior to becoming MedeAnalytics' chief executive officer, Mike served as a partner in Shamrock Investments, LLC, a firm he co-founded in 1987. He has been an investor and advisor in numerous merger and acquisition and strategic planning engagements, and has served on the boards of several public and private providers and health plan organizations. Mike currently serves on the governing boards of USC University Hospital and USC Norris Cancer Hospital. He was formerly chairman, president and chief executive officer of Health Net of California, chief executive officer of Paragon Ambulatory Surgery and a group vice president with American Medical International. Mike's professional career also included positions with Coopers & Lybrand and service in the United States Marine Corps.

Mike holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a master of business administration from the University of Southern California, and he sits on the board of The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation.

David A. Watson

Dave is a senior IT executive with 25 years of delivering business solutions across a variety of business areas. Dave joined MedeAnalytics from Kaiser Permanente in 2007.

At Kaiser, Dave served as senior vice president and chief technology officer, where his responsibilities included technology long-term strategy, systems architecture and information security services across Kaiser’s hospitals, medical groups and insurance companies, serving nearly nine million members in nine states. Prior to Kaiser, Dave served in a variety of executive IT roles in the life sciences sector at Baxter Healthcare and at Allergan, Inc. Before his tenure in healthcare, Dave worked for recognised industry leaders such as Northrop Grumman and Mattel.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School’s Executive Development Program and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. Away from the office, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, deep sea fishing and advising a select group of healthcare and technology startups.

Anthony (Mac) McKeever

Anthony McKeever has over 35 years of proven leadership experience across the NHS. Mac is responsible for continuing the company's growth and expanding our products for the UK market.

Most recently, McKeever was the chief executive of Bexley Care Trust where he helped GPs transform local performance, establishing Bexley as a leading Pathfinder whose achievements were recognised in three prestigious Health Service Journal awards, including the Secretary of State's award for excellence in healthcare management. Mac started his career with the Department of Health and progressed with many executive level positions at high profile facilities that include Mersey Regional Health Authority, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Surrey & Sussex Healthcare.

Mac was appointed to the NHS Future Forum in 2011, which conducted a "listening exercise" on behalf of the government and produced two reports on aspects of the proposed healthcare reforms.

Paul Fitzsimmons

Paul Fitzsimmons brings to MedeAnalytics International 16 years experience working in the UK healthcare sector in a variety of posts with educational institutions and major NHS consultancy firms including CHKS and Latterly Ardentia. His team is responsible for all client delivery services for MedeAnalytics International including implementation, account management and client advocacy.

Previously, Paul worked closely with executive management and clinical teams across London and the Southeast to successfully implement a variety of consultancy support programmes ranging from data warehousing and performance reporting to clinical benchmarking, clinician training and service re-engineering programmes. Paul has also lectured on healthcare management, and his work with community nursing and social care teams has been published in the International Journal of Management in Medicine.

Paul holds two masters degrees; An MBA from Bournemouth University and a jointly awarded international MA from Lancaster University in England and ESC Lyon in France. Paul also holds a diploma in Marketing from CIM and has recently gained his Yachtmaster offshore to help him navigate the stormy seas of NHS reform.

Andrew Clark

Andrew joined MedeAnalytics in 2011 and is responsible for securing new business at MedeAnalytics and managing existing relationships with customers, to ensure they continue to get the best quality service possible. His focus will be on helping GP consortia, PCTs and other prospects acquire MedeAnalytics solutions that help them make best use of the data at their disposal to ease the transition from Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) to a culture of GP Commissioning.

Andrew brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience with him, and has spent the last six years selling healthcare and consultancy services to the NHS at companies such as Ardentia and CHKS. Andrew has vast experience servicing the needs of NHS customers, with a very firm understanding of how the healthcare economy works and the present needs for healthcare organisation as the NHS embarks upon radical transformation.
